1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions for GrowReddit Services explain how our website and services may be used. By using GrowReddit or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part, do not use our services.

2. Services

GrowReddit provides Reddit marketing and growth services for B2B, SaaS, and direct-to-consumer brands. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Reddit Growth Campaigns: Organic community engagement, comment marketing, and post promotion across targeted subreddits
• Reddit Advertising: Strategy, setup, management, and optimization of paid Reddit Ads campaigns
• Community Building: Creation and management of brand subreddits, moderation strategy, and community growth
• Reddit Content Strategy: Post creation, comment drafting, AMA coordination, and content calendar planning
• Reddit Analytics & Reporting: Campaign performance tracking, brand mention monitoring, and ROI measurement
• Strategic Consulting: Reddit marketing audits, subreddit research, competitor analysis, and go-to-market planning

2.1 Service Exclusions

• General social media management for platforms other than Reddit
• Native mobile app or web application development
• Graphic design, video production, or photography services (unless specified in agreement)
• Paid advertising management on non-Reddit platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
• Legal compliance reviews or regulatory consulting

3. Campaign Engagement Process

• Client books a strategy call or submits requirements through our website or email
• GrowReddit provides a written proposal including campaign scope, target subreddits, timeline, and pricing
• Client accepts proposal and pays initial invoice (typically first month or campaign deposit)
• Campaign kickoff meeting scheduled within 3 business days to align on messaging, tone, and subreddit strategy
• Formal campaign agreement executed outlining deliverables, KPIs, and reporting cadence

4. Pricing Models and Payment Terms

• Initial Deposit: 30-50% due upon project acceptance
• Milestone Payments: Distributed across project phases as defined in agreement
• Final Payment: Balance due upon project completion and final delivery
• Monthly Retainers: Due on the 1st of each month, payable within 7 days

4.3 Late Payment

• Invoices are due within 7 days of issuance unless otherwise specified
• Late payments subject to 2% monthly interest charge (24% annual)
• Projects paused if payment is 14+ days overdue
• GrowReddit reserves right to withhold deliverables until payment received

4.4 Payment Methods

• Bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS) for Indian clients
• International wire transfer for global clients
• Razorpay payment gateway (credit/debit cards, UPI, wallets)
• PayPal for international clients (additional processing fees apply)

5. Intellectual Property & Content Rights

5.1 Client Ownership

• Campaign Content: Posts, comments, and content created specifically for the client's brand campaigns
• Strategy Documents: Custom Reddit marketing strategies, subreddit research, and campaign plans
• Analytics & Reports: All campaign performance reports, data exports, and insights
• Creative Assets: Any graphics, ad creatives, or visual materials produced for the campaign

5.2 GrowReddit Retention

• General Methodologies: Marketing frameworks, engagement strategies, and best practices
• Portfolio Rights: Right to showcase campaign results in portfolio and case studies (with client approval)
• Anonymized Learnings: Aggregated insights, benchmarks, and patterns derived from campaign work
• Internal Tools: Proprietary tools, templates, and systems used in campaign execution

5.3 Reddit Platform Content

• All content posted on Reddit is subject to Reddit's Terms of Service and Content Policy
• Reddit retains certain rights over content posted on its platform per its user agreement
• Client is responsible for ensuring campaign messaging complies with applicable advertising regulations
• GrowReddit will advise on Reddit platform policies but does not guarantee moderator or admin decisions

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to:

• Protect confidential information disclosed during engagement
• Use confidential information solely for project purposes
• Not disclose confidential information to third parties without written consent
• Return or destroy confidential information upon project completion or request

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

• Services performed with professional skill and care consistent with industry standards
• Deliverables will substantially conform to agreed specifications
• No guarantee of specific business outcomes or revenue results
• No warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation
• No warranty of compatibility with all third-party services

8. Limitation of Liability

GrowReddit's total liability for any claims arising from services is limited to the total amount paid by client for the specific project or service giving rise to the claim. Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages are excluded to the extent permitted by law.

9. Termination

9.1 Termination by Client

• For convenience with 14 days' written notice
• Client pays for work completed to termination date plus reasonable wind-down costs
• GrowReddit delivers all completed work and work-in-progress
• No refund of payments for completed work or milestones

9.2 Termination by GrowReddit

• Client breaches payment terms and fails to cure within 14 days of notice
• Client breaches confidentiality or intellectual property provisions
• Client requests work that violates laws or ethical guidelines
• Continued engagement is commercially impractical or impossible

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes follow a staged process: Good Faith Negotiation (30 days), Mediation in Ahmedabad, Gujarat (30 days), and binding arbitration under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction where applicable.

11. Miscellaneous Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms and project-specific agreements supersede prior understandings
• Amendments: GrowReddit may update these Terms with 30 days' notice; material changes require client consent for ongoing projects
• Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in effect
• Assignment: Client may not assign without consent; GrowReddit may assign to affiliates or in business transfers
• Force Majeure: Neither party liable for delays due to circumstances beyond reasonable control
• Notices: Sent to email addresses on file; deemed received 24 hours after sending
