1. Our Commitment to Fair Refunds

This Refund Policy for GrowReddit Services explains eligibility, process, and timelines. GrowReddit is committed to client satisfaction and maintains a transparent, fair refund policy for all services.

2. Refund Eligibility Criteria

2.1 Eligible for Refund

  • Service Not Delivered: GrowReddit fails to deliver contracted services within agreed timeline without valid cause
  • Material Non-Conformance: Delivered work materially fails to meet documented specifications after reasonable remediation attempts
  • Cancellation Before Work Begins: Project cancelled before any development work has commenced (minus 10% administrative fee)
  • Technical Impossibility: Project requirements determined impossible to implement (discovered during initial technical assessment)

2.2 Not Eligible for Refund

  • Change of business direction or strategy by client
  • Work completed and accepted by client
  • Client-caused delays exceeding 30 days (inactive projects)
  • Scope changes requested after project commencement
  • Third-party service costs (APIs, hosting, licenses) already incurred
  • Subjective dissatisfaction with design aesthetics (unless documented requirements not met)
  • Client’s inability to use delivered product due to lack of technical knowledge
  • Failure to achieve specific business outcomes or revenue targets

3. Refund Process and Timeline

3.1 How to Request a Refund

  • Provide Documentation: Include detailed explanation and supporting evidence for refund request
  • Review Period: GrowReddit reviews request within 5 business days
  • Discussion: Both parties discuss concerns and explore resolution options
  • Decision: Written decision provided within 10 business days of initial request

3.2 Required Information

  • Project name and agreement reference number
  • Detailed explanation of refund grounds
  • Specific deliverables or milestones in question
  • Documentation of issues reported and remediation attempts
  • Preferred resolution (full/partial refund, additional work, etc.)

4. Refund Processing

4.1 Processing Times (Once Approved)

  • Bank Transfer (India): 3–5 business days
  • International Wire: 7–10 business days
  • Razorpay/Credit Card: 5–7 business days
  • PayPal: 3–5 business days

4.2 Transaction Fees

  • Payment gateway fees (typically 2–3%) are non-refundable
  • International wire transfer fees may be deducted from refund amount
  • Net refund amount is clearly communicated before processing

5. Partial Refunds (Milestone-Based Projects)

  • Completed and accepted milestones are non-refundable
  • In-progress milestone: Pro-rated refund based on work completed
  • Future milestones: Full refund of unearned payments

6. Dispute Resolution

If a client disagrees with a refund decision:

  • Good faith attempt to reach mutually acceptable resolution
